Farm cash receipts decreased by 0.9% to $3.91 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020 as compared to the same quarter in 2019. The national average for Q4 was an increase of 2.7%. British Columbia saw the largest decrease of any province (-8.8%), while Prince Edward Island had the largest increase (+17.4%). Alberta direct payments increased 23.0%, while crops receipts and livestock receipts decreased 1.3% and 3.9% respectively.
